DAY 1
PLAÇA DE CATALUNYA
Plaça de Catalunya is the beating heart of Barcelona, a central meeting point between the Gothic Quarter and the Eixample district. It is a large and lively square surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants, always filled with people and activity.
The square is also decorated with fountains and sculptures that add to its unique atmosphere. It is the perfect starting point for exploring the city, with La Rambla beginning right here.
In addition, Plaça de Catalunya is one of Barcelona’s main public transport hubs, making it an essential stop for anyone visiting the city.
LA RAMBLA
La Rambla is one of Barcelona’s most famous streets, a pedestrian boulevard stretching for about 1.2 km from the port to Plaça de Catalunya.
It is the beating heart of the city, the perfect place to take a stroll and immerse yourself in Barcelona’s unique atmosphere. Lively and often crowded, La Rambla is always filled with both locals and visitors, reflecting the vibrant culture of the city.
Along the boulevard, you can find numerous shops, cafés, restaurants, and attractions such as the Boqueria Market.
MERCAT DE LA BOQUERIA
The Mercat de la Boqueria is one of Barcelona’s most iconic markets, located right on La Rambla. The Barcelona Cathedral, dedicated to Saint Eulalia, is a remarkable example of Gothic architecture. Located in the Gothic Quarter, it is famous for its elegant façade and peaceful cloister.

DAY 2
SAGRADA FAMILIA
I booked this experience online well in advance, and everything was perfectly organized. Admiring the Sagrada Família from the outside is already an extraordinary experience, but it is when you step inside that you can truly appreciate its grandeur.
The interior atmosphere is breathtaking: the light filtering through the colorful stained-glass windows and the impressive spaces create a truly magical and unforgettable experience. It is not just a church, but a place capable of inspiring emotions and leaving a lasting memory.
For this reason, I highly recommend visiting the Sagrada Família from the inside as well.
PASSEIG DE GRACIA
Passeig de Gràcia is one of Barcelona’s main avenues, connecting Plaça de Catalunya with the Gràcia district.
It is a wide and elegant boulevard, considered a symbol of Barcelona’s Modernist and bourgeois heritage. Along the avenue, visitors can admire Gaudí’s masterpieces such as Casa Batlló and La Pedrera, as well as many other buildings featuring intricate decorations, wrought iron details, and colorful mosaics.
The pavement is famous for its hexagonal tiles designed by Gaudí, which beautifully reflect the light.
Passeig de Gràcia is a place where architecture, leisurely walks, luxury shopping, and a constant sense of elegance and beauty come together.
CASA BATLO
Built between 1904 and 1906, Casa Batlló is an extraordinary example of Catalan Modernism, featuring meticulously designed interiors, bone-shaped staircases, and windows with organic, flowing shapes.
The rooftop resembles the back of a dragon, with colorful tiles and curved forms that symbolize Gaudí’s creativity and imagination.

CIUTADELLA PARK
Ciutadella Park is one of the most beautiful and beloved parks in Barcelona. Located in the city center, it is a large green space featuring walking paths, lakes, and numerous monuments.
Inside the park, visitors can also find the Barcelona Zoo and the Parliament of Catalonia. One of its main attractions is the monumental fountain, designed by Josep Fontserè with the collaboration of Antoni Gaudí.
The park is the perfect place for a relaxing walk, a picnic, or simply enjoying a peaceful break away from the city’s hustle and bustle.

DAY 3
CAMP NOU
Camp Nou is a stadium that needs little introduction: it is the home of FC Barcelona and one of the most iconic football venues in the world. Recently, the stadium has undergone a major renovation as part of the “Espai Barça” project, transforming Camp Nou into an even more modern and functional space. In addition to a completely renewed façade and improved services for fans, the interior has also been upgraded with advanced technologies and a new museum area dedicated to the history of the club. With this redevelopment, Camp Nou is no longer just a place where football matches are played, but a unique experience for anyone visiting Barcelona.
PARC GUELL
Park Güell is a unique place where art and nature come together. Walking through the park, visitors can admire colorful mosaics, unusual shapes, and creative spaces designed by Gaudí to be experienced and appreciated. It is also a peaceful place where you can take a relaxing stroll and enjoy beautiful views over Barcelona. A visit to Park Güell reveals why it is considered one of the most special and fascinating places in the city.
PLAÇA DE ESPAÑA
Plaça d’Espanya is one of the largest and most important squares in Barcelona, located at the foot of Montjuïc Hill. Built for the 1929 International Exposition, it is now one of the main gateways to the attractions in the area.
The square is easily recognizable thanks to its iconic Venetian towers, inspired by those of St. Mark’s Square in Venice, and its large central roundabout, which is always full of activity.
From here, the avenue leading to the magnificent National Art Museum of Catalonia (MNAC) begins, with the museum visible in the distance and accessible via a beautiful monumental staircase. Directly in front of the museum is the famous Magic Fountain, which in the evening offers spectacular shows of water, lights, and music.
Plaça d’Espanya is therefore not only an important transport hub but also the perfect starting point for exploring Montjuïc and enjoying one of the most fascinating views of Barcelona.
MONJUIC
Montjuïc is a hill overlooking Barcelona and the sea, famous for its spectacular panoramic views. At the top stands Montjuïc Castle, an ancient fortress rich in history.
The hill is also home to important museums, such as the Joan Miró Foundation and the National Art Museum of Catalonia. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and peaceful paths, it is the perfect place to enjoy relaxing walks outdoors.
The Magic Fountain lights up the evenings with impressive water, light, and music shows. The Poble Espanyol offers a miniature representation of Spanish culture and architecture, while the Botanical Garden preserves plants from around the world.
Montjuïc is the ideal place to discover Barcelona at a slower pace, combining history, art, nature, and breathtaking views.
MAGIC FOUNTAIN
The Magic Fountain (Font Màgica) of Barcelona is one of the city’s most spectacular attractions, famous for its impressive combination of water, lights, and music shows.
Located at the foot of Montjuïc, in front of the Palau Nacional, it offers evening performances that attract both tourists and locals. The fountain can shoot water to great heights, synchronized with colorful lights and music from different genres, creating a magical and unforgettable atmosphere.
